Kimberly Meek
Owner & CEO
Drawing on business and personal relationships spanning decades, Kimberly Meek founded Hacha Products in 2015 as a platform for meaningful impact.
She is a vocal advocate for diversity in the global supply chain, and has testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship on the critical need for educational and vocational support for women in STEM professions (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics).
Kimberly is an Industry Advisor at The University of Chicago – Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering. Her role there is to mentor post-graduate researchers and post-doctorate scientists, helping them reframe their esoteric theses and dissertations in terms and language of private capital and industry audiences.
She is Second Vice Chair of the Marketing Forum within WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council), and until she moved to Traverse City, Michigan in 2020 she was a member of the Chicago Chapter of the IWF (International Women’s Forum).
Building on her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from St Mary’s College, Notre Dame, IN she has taken advantage of multiple industry executive leadership curricula, including WBENC’s Shell Energy Executive Program, and its WeThrive leadership track.
Diversity executive leadership programs include offerings at Cornell University and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
In addition to advocating for supply chain diversity and ‘Women in STEM’, Kimberly applies her leadership to environmental stewardship, especially fresh water.
Eamon Smith
Strategic Partner, Advisor Board Member
Mr. Smith is the managing principal of Wilfred Street Capital, LLC, an entity formed to pursue investment opportunities and provide advisory related services in hospitality and leisure, real estate, and energy industries.
Additionally, Mr. Smith is the managing director of real estate and one of four founding partners of Geller Capital Partners. He is responsible for the acquisition, financing, development and execution of capital investment programs on behalf of the firm and its investors. He contributes directly to the financial evaluation of acquisition targets and directs go-forward modeling of assets and projects conceived to improve operational performance and valuation.
Previously Mr. Smith held senior management positions at leading investment firms including Salt Creek Hospitality which was sponsored by Soros Private Equity, and Strategic Hotels & Resorts, (a platform previously traded on the NYSE under the ticker: BEE.) founded by Laurence Geller. At Strategic and Salt Creek, he directed the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of properties in the U.S. and Europe with values exceeding $15.0 billion.
Emilie Karagosian
Head of Social Media Engagement
Ms. Karagosian earned a degree and a robust foundation in Environmental Science and Sustainability from Miami University. Serving as the Head of Social Media Engagement at Hacha Products, she is driven by a commitment to marry the two diverse yet interconnected spheres of Media Management and Sustainability.
With a profound understanding of environmental challenges and the imperative need for sustainable solutions, Ms. Karagosian partook in a smooth transition into the dynamic landscape of digital marketing, recognizing the immense potential to infuse eco-conscious practices into the online realm.
Ms. Karagosian’s role at Hacha Products allows her to champion the initiatives and goals set forth by the company in the digital sphere.
